We stand behind the quality of every jersey we make. If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge — no returns required.

Defects covered include:

• Loose or unraveling stitching/threading
• Tears, rips, or holes present at delivery
• Misprints (wrong name, number, or design compared to the order confirmation)
• Major alignment/placement issues with logos, names, or numbers
• Fabric flaws (snags, runs, or dye issues visible out of the box)

What’s not covered:

• Incorrect size chosen by the customer (we provide a detailed sizing chart to help you get it right)
• Normal wear and tear after use (snags, pulls, fading, or stretching from washing/wearing)
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations
• Minor variances in color or print placement that do not affect the overall look or function of the jersey
• Damage that occurs during shipping or delivery
